Strive Social Care is an agency that focuses on supporting the development and wellbeing of children by providing skilled and reliable staff to services delivering care. We understand and work in line with the 9 qualities of care and the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015. Strive supports organisations by supplying professional staff who contribute to promoting the mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing of young people, while encouraging positive activities and engagement.

The aim of the organisation is to strengthen care services by providing staff who help guide young people to always strive to better themselves and support those around them and the community. At Strive we understand that each child requires a care plan tailored to their needs, and our staff work alongside providers to support the delivery of these plans. Our approach also supports services in preparing young people for adulthood, helping ensure they leave care equipped for the outside world.
